This used Alvarez Regent RD20 dreadnought acoustic in Natural is in good condition and has been cleaned, set up, and restrung by our professional technicians. It shows significant play wear and scratching throughout, with visible damage at the bottom area of the top (face). Setup-wise it’s currently playing a bit high, measuring approximately .060" string height at the 3rd fret and .100" at the 12th fret.
