This Epiphone PR-715-12 12-string dreadnought in Antique Sunburst is in fair condition with heavy cosmetic wear throughout (scratches, scuffs, and chips) and very high action. To help improve playability, it has been cleaned, set up, and restrung by our professional technicians with Ernie Ball Earthwood Silk & Steel strings. Internally, there is a brace on the back that is not fully glued down, though it is currently wedged in a spot and secure and solid, and there is also an added support directly under the neck. This thing has been through hell.
