This Fender Contemporary Stratocaster H is a Made in Japan example from the E6 serial era (mid-1980s). Finished in black with a rosewood fingerboard and a tremolo bridge, it delivers a more aggressive take on the Strat formula with a single bridge humbucker and simple 1-volume control layout. This one is in very good working order and sounds great, showing plenty of honest play wear: lots of scratching on the body, some dings in the finish, and minor hardware corrosion (most noticeable on the neck plate and strap buttons). Includes a hard shell case; the case has some crud built up in the track near the body end.
