Used Martin HD-28 1986 w/ OHSC

This 1986 Martin HD-28 is in great shape for its age, showing natural wear that adds character to a well-aged instrument. The tuners have been upgraded to German-made Schallers, providing smooth and reliable tuning stability. It features a passive piezo pickup for added versatility when plugged in. The guitar has some scratches on the pickguard, several dings in the top, including a prominent gouge on the upper bout, and some finish checking throughout. There are rough marks on the binding near the lower back and a structurally stable finish crack near the nut where the thumb rests. Additionally, the back binding near the bottom strap button shows some finish chipping. Despite these cosmetic blemishes, this HD-28 has aged beautifully, delivering a deep, resonant tone that has only improved over time. It has been cleaned, set up, and restrung by our professional technicians to ensure great playability.
