This Ovation 1624 Country Artist from 1973 is in very good condition, showing little to no playwear, with a well-preserved natural gloss finish. The action plays high and the intonation is a bit sharp at the 12th fret. It has been cleaned, set up, and restrung by our professional technicians. The guitar features Ovation's signature Lyrachord composite back and sides paired with a solid spruce top, delivering a focused nylon-string tone with excellent projection and durability. Designed for amplified performance, it includes a factory undersaddle piezo pickup. The slim, comfortable neck and cutaway-style access make it ideal for steel-string players transitioning to nylon strings. The original case is also in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.
